Do You Celebrate Your Wins?

This Side Up Digital has been shortlisted in two categories at this year’s Interactive Advertising Bureau NZ Awards 2019.

Last year, we had two big wins taking away awards for ‘Best Use of Data’ and ‘Search Sales Excellence’ against some strong competition.

So no pressure that this year we’re finalists for ‘NZ Digital Agency of The Year’ – a massive achievement as we’re up against some much larger businesses.

We’re also finalists in the ‘Best Use of SEM/SEO’ for helping our awesome client STEDI break sales records. That’s what it’s all about for us, delivering our clients REAL business results.

Whether we bring home an award or not, being a finalist is a great achievement. Like a lot of small businesses it’s easy to get caught up with the day to day, so celebrate those wins, big or small and express gratitude to your team.

I’m super proud of the team at This Side Up for all their hard work and commitment. Working in an agency comes with lots of highs and some lows, so it’s always important to celebrate the good!

Research shows that people need to feel like they are making meaningful progress in their work. Celebrating wins is one way to do this.
